Inspired by Parkinson’s Law, this experimental object reflects on the rigid structures of corporate work, based on the designer’s six years of experience in a Japanese company.
A stainless steel fence represents deadlines and organizational constraints, while sand-colored glass is blown within it, expanding until it meets its limits.
The resulting variations reveal the individuality of human work within uniform systems. What begins as a constraint becomes a space for creativity, transforming pressure and limitation into form.
